At Sylee Products UK, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described
- The size, color, or design is incorrect
- You received the wrong item
Note:
Because our items (shoes & sweaters) are imported Chinese products, small stitching differences, slight color variations, and minor material variations are normal and not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used, worn, or washed items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Damage caused by the customer
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, you must send the item back to our return address
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or store credit
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued as store credit or replacement product
- Cash refunds are only provided if a replacement is not available
5. Return Shipping Fees
- Customer pays return shipping cost
- If the product was defective or wrong, Sylee Products UK covers the return delivery charges
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for:
- Size
- Color
- Design
